Andy Beech

Andy is an extremely experienced and inspirational business leader, facilitator and coach. He focuses his time on enabling individuals, teams and whole organisations to go beyond what they think is possible and achieve even greater results with leadership business coaching.

Andy’s early career was forged in the pharmaceutical industry. He was successful in various senior commercial and training director roles at GSK, Pfizer and Bristol-Myers Squibb. His teams won industry awards and they consistently exceeded revenue and profit targets. He is proud to have played a significant role in the successful launch of Viagra in the UK. These experiences in a highly competitive commercial environment have helped shape his passion and drive for business success. For the past decade he has been working with CEOs and business leaders in companies small and large on cultural change, leadership development and business improvement programs. He has been asked to work with managing directors and senior executives of companies in twenty two countries throughout Europe, USA, Canada, Middle East, SE Asia and Australia. He has been lucky to have gained experience of helping business leaders in a wide variety of industry sectors including healthcare, oil and gas, manufacturing, facilities management and retail.

One of his mantras is “grow the people, grow the business”. And that starts at the very top of an organisation. A leader has to be the change they want to see. In his role as a Vistage chair, Andy has the opportunity every day to follow his passion and enable Chief Executives to grow as people and leaders.

Throughout his years in business, like all of us, Andy has often faced challenges, and knows what it is like to be in the lonely chair at the top of an organisation. He wishes he had known about Vistage when he was in those positions. He says, “It was something that was always missing, meeting with peers who had no vested interest, but with the experience and knowledge that I could have pulled on to help me think differently and make better decisions as a result”.

If you are a business leader in Surrey, Hampshire or West Sussex and would like to know more about why being a member of Andy’s Vistage group can enable you to make better decisions, get better results and lead a more fulfilling life, then get in contact.
