Antonia Maclean

Antonia helps reform large corporations and small and medium sized businesses scale-up into the premier league. She is skilled in business improvement and developing effective organisations. She is a professional coach and thinks the best development work is done in high performing groups.

Antonia is fascinated by leadership, strategy and operations; how do you do what you say you are going to do? Following a degree in management sciences at University of Manchester she joined Mars Inc. to develop a successful career in sales then organisation development with responsibilities across Europe.

She set up and led a business improvement consultancy in 2002 with a focus on developing practical, down-to-earth ways to help companies deliver promises to customers and shareholders.

She was delighted to be invited to join Vistage as a Chair – a business which specialises in providing the very best help to CEOs and MDs. She believes in the potential and power of the CEO peer group to support development and accountability among colleagues. The peer group is a significant asset to members and their business – vibrant, ambitious and forward looking.
