Bankie is a management professional who has been engaged in delivering strategic organisational change and growth, in sometimes difficult and sensitive circumstances. He is experienced in joint venture management, key stakeholder, peer mentoring and relationship development and successful in business turnaround.

He has an open and robust approach to communication and is conversant with key management issues and challenges across a variety of industries.

Bankie has held senior board positions in a number of industries including utilities, franchising, contractor management, facilities management and consulting, with P&L responsibility in all of these. He describes himself as an effective ‘hands-on’ leader/manager with experience in customer focused, regulated and unionised environments.

Peer Mentoring

Bankie holds two Masters Degrees; an MA in Personal and Organizational Development and an MBA. He is an affiliate member of the British Psychological Society, an established peer mentor and a registered business coach with the Association for Coaching.

Prior to a commercial career, he served as a physical training instructor in the Army for seventeen years culminating with his appointment as the senior instructor for 22 SAS.
