Ian Windle

As well as being a Vistage Group Chair, Ian has worked as a consultant, facilitator and a business speaker in the areas of culture change and organisational development since 1994 in both the private and public sectors. He has facilitated workshops, spoken at conferences and led change programmes in Europe, US and Asia.

His clients come from a wide range of industries in both the private and public sectors. Ian founded LiveChange in 2006. LiveChange works with leadership teams, and middle management through to whole organisations to create alignment and engagement behind their vision, goals and strategies. Prior to LiveChange, Ian’s first career saw him travel the world with the Foreign Office where he was involved in a variety of political and consultancy assignments before he began to specialise in consultancy and HR. Ian then spent over 9 years in Celemi International where he was head of their global Learning Consulting Business and Managing Director of their UK office. He has an MBA from Henley Management College, where he specialised in strategic marketing, a Diploma in Marketing and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
