Paul worked in the corporate sector for over 35 years and was a Director within both Private and Public sector organisations. Paul has a wide diversity of experience in several business sectors such as office services; communications, security and medical device manufacture. He worked for the MOD and NHS public bodies and has extensive export experience into India and the Middle East.

Paul retired in April 2012 to undertake a certified coaching qualification with the Coaching Academy under the International Coaching Federation auspices.

Paul is highly competitive in everything he does and he played international rugby in the late ‘70s and continues to play county veteran’s tennis for Warwickshire. He has an Education degree from the University of Bristol.

Paul was married to Eileen for 45 years before being sadly widowed in August 2019 and he has a son and daughter with one grandchild. Paul’s overriding passion is his family and he is a season ticket holder with Wasps whilst using the gym every day and playing tennis at least twice a week.

Paul believes fervently in the innate ability within each individual to fulfil their wildest dreams and is dedicated to developing their full capabilities through challenge and accountability – anything is possible!!

Paul believes in living every day to the maximum; taking every opportunity to learn, taking measured risks and having as much fun as possible to ensure he has no regrets for any missed opportunities in his life and the lives of those around him.
