Steve is an experienced business leader with a 35 year career in engineering and manufacturing gained ostensibly within the Aerospace industry. He has worked in the UK and the USA leading businesses from £4m to £40m with up to 320 employees. Steve has delivered significant organic sales growth for these businesses, achieved successful business acquisitions and exits and has ten years’ experience as a pension fund trustee director of a FTSE100 company.

Steve’s flair is in building great teams and nurturing talent. As a Vistage Chair, he passionately believes in growing businesses, building great teams for organisations and nurturing talent to epitomise life’s best practice. He believes success is achieved by empowering people to find their own true vocations and is a firm advocate of allowing people space to grow and experiment.
