He has facilitated wargames and planning workshops for a range of SME businesses, including a £1M Telecomms company, with just 8 staff, towards a twelve-fold increase in turnover and a trebling of staff.
David’s workshops are designed to give attendees a defined ‘digital’ business plan based around the DNAsix® diagnostic model. Using the model, by the end of the workshop attendees will have learnt about the new digital landscape and have a plan for how they are going to drive the business forward over the coming months and years.
