His industry experience gained ‘the hard way’ has given him a very comprehensive knowledge of what makes industry tick and enables him to appreciate the issues that Chief Executives and their business are facing. He worked for four different businesses in the consumer products sector, benefitted from a lot of excellent training, ran a business with 300 people in his twenties and experienced all aspects of industry from developing new products, driving operational performance and controlling budgets.

He then became a Senior VP with a great strategy and change implementation firm called Gemini Consulting and later moved on to become Senior Partner and Co-Owner of a start-up Business Performance Improvement consultancy, building it up to around 40 people. He worked closely with CEOs and their teams to clarify strategy, sort out their leadership and change management, grow their customer base, improve operations and deliver significant improvement in results. He has worked with businesses across most industry sectors – this assists heavily in his role as an executive coach.

Frank is married to Karen and has three daughters and now five grandchildren, all boys. His interests include tennis, sailing, wine and watching rugby. He was originally a Geordie but now lives near Windsor.
