Kate is an award winning Speaker, Author, Coach and Facilitator with over 24 years experience working locally and internationally. She works with senior executives, teams and boards and excels at raising the performance of the individual or the team. 

Her passion is to help others achieve extraordinary results through clear focus and appropriate challenge. Kate’s early career experience was gained in various Sales and Director roles in sales and manufacturing organisations.
