Nicola has over 25 years’ experience as an entrepreneur starting, running and building her business Vi International Ltd into one of the most trusted suppliers of Executive Leadership and Team Facilitation to the corporate world. She has worked globally with American Express, HSBC, Microsoft, Virgin Atlantic and was responsible for selling and negotiating critical Preferred Supplier Agreements with them. She also created and trained a team of 22 Consultants to deliver the Vi International product worldwide.

Nicola knows the problems and pressures leaders face as they grow their business. ‘It can be lonely at the top, difficult to find the right person to trust, discuss the challenges you have and to challenge your thinking and behaviour.
