Peter has over 20 years at Senior Management level in Operations and General Management. As a coach and mentor he brings to clients the combined benefits of real life experiences and a passion for helping people develop themselves and their businesses.

Keen to establish confidential and supportive relationships, he believes in working closely with organisations to ensure that he fully understands and is committed to their culture and vision. His commitment always goes further than the regular meetings and in return he expects this to be reciprocated.

SUPPORTING AND CHALLENGING. The emphasis is always on a sustainable approach, not just a one off initiative. His experience has been mainly in manufacturing and distribution, but during his career he has managed major change and lean programmes and used techniques, which are readily transferable to any sector or size of company. These have included the introduction of continuous improvement cultures, establishing meaningful K.P.I, project management, customer service development and material management systems. Most importantly, throughout his career, has been the development of teams and people to give them confidence to delegate, grow and take on challenges.

DEVELOPING AND GROWING PEOPLE. This was recognised by the achievement of the ‘People Development – Best Company’ award in Gloucestershire 2002.

Leadership business coach and mentor

A Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, Peter is keen on continuous development and is a chairman of the Vistage organisation for Chief Executives and also the joint Chair of the Cheltenham Business Focus group. He is also working closely with Business Link and the University of Gloucestershire to promote the development of leaders and the links between businesses and education. Married with two grown up sons, he is a ‘practising’ musician and has worked with his wife on developing her own coaching business.
