Building High Performance Teams – keynote
A keynote is a speech or presentation that establishes the main underlying theme of a conference or event, usually to a large audience and lasting approximately 45 minutes. Lynn can adjust her keynote to be as short as 45 minutes or as long as 90 minutes.
A leader will only be successful if they create a team culture that encourages people to give their best. Lynn will help those who lead teams, to explore the key building blocks that must be in place for the creation of a high performance team. She will share a simple methodology that can be used to ensure there is team consensus about the strengths of the team and agreement about what still needs to be focussed on. She will offer insights into related research and share practical examples of the things that she has seen encourage the positive development of teams in her work across Europe, Asia and in the US and Australia.
