How to Build and Realise your Unreasonable Dream
Based on Ian’s TEDx talk of November 2018, this Retreat workshop gives participants the tools and techniques to build and then realise their Unreasonable Dream.
Each part of the workshop is delivered through relevant research, best practice examples, stories and the speaker’s own experience. Participants are provided with a detailed workbook, culminating in an Action Planning Tool.
The stages covered in this workshop are:
- What’s your Purpose? Understanding the difference between being ‘on purpose’ and just being busy. Using your Purpose as a decision filter to guide your life.
- Why and when you spend time in your Comfort and Stretch zones and how it influences your future.
- Creating your Unreasonable Dream.
- Action planning to identify the steps necessary to achieve your Unreasonable Dream.
Participants will leave with clarity around their Purpose, an understanding of why and when they spend time in the comfort and stretch zones, a written statement of their Unreasonable Dream and an Action Plan to guide progress.
