Emma’s session identifies the 9 common resilience strategies that we can all use to thrive every day. The format for the core part of the workshop is to introduce the seven most relevant ‘strategies’ one by one. Emma will be exploring the practical tips she has learned from those she interviewed about how you can best apply this approach to maintain resilience. The seven strategies covered are listed below.

Delegates will be given a workbook that will take them through a process to identify the resilience strategies each individual requires to focus on as a priority. They will focus on the three commitments/practices they are going to ritualise and to share what they are and why.
