He is the founder of Recludo Consulting Limited which helps organisations and leaders achieve their goals by building their resilience and mental toughness. By drawing on the lessons from neuroscience, psychology and the science of elite sports performance, he helps leaders and teams understand the five dimensions of resilience and how to build them.

Will started his career at Mars Inc, where he performed a variety of marketing roles across Europe. In 1999 he joined pioneering tech start-up Moonfruit as Marketing Director. After a period spent consulting, in 2008 Will joined Unilever as VP Marketing Strategy. He led the design and rollout of the ‘Crafting Brands for Life’ Way of Marketing – equipping Unilever’s 6,000 marketers to bring social purpose to their brands and achieve digital excellence.
In 2014 Will founded Collectively, a digital media and collaboration company created to accelerate the shift to sustainable ways of consumption. Between 2014 and 2017, Collectively partnered with more than thirty companies including M&S, BT and Google, and a wide network of NGOs and social entrepreneurs.
Will served for six years as non-exec Director on the board of Sightsavers, and is currently an Ambassador for the Positive Innovation Club. He’s a proud father of three daughters and loves his road bike way more than he should.
