With a background in international trade incorporating importing, exporting, sales and distribution he has led businesses in Australia, USA and the UK. His bias for results driven productivity is coupled with a balanced approach to developing the people who achieve the results.

In 1993 he became a certified trainer of NLP through the Society of Neuro Linguistic Programming.

He founded a global development and conference company with offices in the UK, USA and Australia servicing clients such as Microsoft, Sony, L’Oreal and Warner Bros on an international basis.

A native Australian who has spent more time living abroad than in Australia – Aussies consider him a tourist – he has achieved significant acclaim in the sporting arena cumulating in winning 3 national and 1 international title.
