Understanding Customer Value
Following on from Chris’ current session which gives an awareness of a technique for really understanding customer value, this hands on workshop is designed to give an in depth understanding of the approach and give members an action plan to take away for their own organization. This workshop works well as a follow on for those groups who have seen Profitable Growth Through Lean Thinking, but also works equally well as a standalone session.
