Speaker Bio

Chris Butterworth (AUS)

Chris has been with S A Partners for nearly fifteen years and is Managing Director of S A Partners in Australia. He has had many years experience of operating at senior management positions in several multinational organisations. Chris was the overall program director for the work with Cogent Power described in the Shingo prize winning book “Staying Lean”. He has spoken on Lean Thinking at many International Conferences and has published papers in various journals and books. He has facilitated Lean Thinking workshops for executive management programs at a wide range of international business schools.

Chris coaches executive teams and transfers knowledge across all levels of an organisation and more recently in Australia he has led the S A Partners work with the RAAF, Commonwealth Bank and Red Cross Blood. Chris is a certified Shingo Institute facilitator and winner of Best New Speaker of the Year Award 2014 (TEC- The Executive Connection) for his talk on Lean Thinking.
