Clare Smale

Clare is a highly respected coach, trainer and speaker, with over 20 years experience of supporting people to be at their best. Before founding inspired2learn with her husband in 2002, Clare was a teacher and leader in three 11-18 comprehensive schools. Clare has spent the last eleven years as a trainer and coach for a wide variety of organisations. Clare’s particular interests are in helping leaders and managers to tackle the challenges associated with managing change and team working, with a focus on personal development and resilience. Clare is the author of two books; ‘Transform Your Goals with VISION and The A-Z Coaching Handbook’.
