Damian Culhane

Damian is a Chartered Manager and Non-Executive Director with over 30 years experience of working in commercial organisations with blue-chip clients.

He has predominantly worked in client relationship roles, across international markets and in multiple business sectors. Damian has built up a wealth of knowledge – starting his working life with Marks & Spencer, before moving into FMCG with Walkers Crisps and Bryant & May. He later moved onto the business to business sector and has extensive international experience negotiating, implementing and managing complex solutions at Hays plc, Corporate Express (now Staples), Dalkia Energy and the Institute for Hospitality Management.

Damian works with individuals and organisations to improve performance by unlocking and developing their potential. Damian is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, his specialist subjects include:

He spends a considerable amount of time helping charitable causes to raise money and is an Honorary Life Member with Action Duchenne. In addition Damian runs his own social enterprise – providing workshops for people suffering with mental health issues. He was previously a member of Colchester Round Table – working in the local community helping to organise events such as the Colchester Carnival.

Damian is an active member of and regularly speaks at the Institute of Directors; he is a Fellow of the Institute of Sales Management – where he has regularly spoken at member events. Damian is a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and an accredited Master Practitioner of Hypnotherapy.
