Speaker Bio

Deon Newbronner

My mother always said to me, “Deon how you do things in life is very important. Always remember people are watching. Make more than a good impression. Make a mark.”

I am a business own, author, father and “human nature specialist.”

I am a master of coaching psychology, understanding the human condition – a key ingredient for Truthful Leadership.

I have made businesses fly, and I have been at the helm when they have failed. I get the challenges.

I have spent the past 16 years helping 1000s of business owners and senior executives drive improvement in bottom-line results by mastering their power to influence and building real trust when by finding, speaking and living their truth.

I challenge people to re-examine their intentions and values, and use this to drive their truth (story), influencing their leadership presence – their ability to communicate and relate to others. I do this, by helping them be their true self.

Mandela said, “leadership presence is power with humility.” When you find speak and live your truth, you too have leadership presence.

Accredited Q4 FY2017-18.
