Larry Roberts

With over 20 years’ experience in professional and executive recruitment, former Vistage member Larry’s passion is helping business leaders and managers with responsibility for attracting, screening; hiring and on-boarding of new recruits, to see through the fog of today’s complex multi-channel and candidate-driven workplace environment in order to achieve recruitment success.

Filled with practical and easy to implement tips, advice and insights, Larry’s thought-provoking and entertaining workshops will challenge outdated hiring perceptions and enable delegates to eliminate the easily avoidable mistakes that conspire to put top talent off working for them.

Besides being a Vistage member, Larry spent seven very successful years as Head of Sales and Marketing for a multi-award winning HR and Payroll software company (during which time the company’s turnover, profit and employee numbers more than doubled) before joining Vistage UK’s Head Office team in 2010.

Today, Larry talks to business leaders’ groups and trade and industry associations about how to find and retain top talent and outside of his business and recruitment-related activities, he is Chairman of the Bedlingtonshire Development Trust; and an active member of The Entrepreneurs Forum voluntary mentor program.
