Matthew Whitfield (NEW)

Matt has served his country for 26 years as a senior military officer, both as a Royal Navy Fighter Pilot, display pilot, and senior instructor and surveillance pilot for the Security Services and UK Special Forces. He shares the wide and diverse experiences from a culture of extreme pressure, team work, commitment, trust and self discipline and what makes a high performance climate in elite teams.

Matt’s devoted passion and greatest successes have always been equipping others with the leadership skills required for their own excellent performance, and leading mentally resilient teams. But what is it that makes him so relevant to his ongoing support to Business Leaders, Chief Executives, MDs from SMEs?

He is fortunate to be experiencing huge success in sharing his experiences, both in speaking engagements on “leadership behaviours and how they effect the mental wellbeing of peers and colleagues”, and his executive coaching business continues to grow.
