Neil Laughton (NEW)

Neil is a former Royal Marine Commando and SAS Officer. He left the military to pursue an entrepreneurial business career and he has eleven company start-ups to his name. One of the businesses he founded grew to £40m turnover and was then sold to a FTSE 100 company in 2011.

He then founded Laughton & Co Ltd, which helps business leaders improve the strategy, leadership and team-working skills within their organisations. He delivers 1-2-1 coaching, group workshops, retreats and keynotes. His clients include B&Q, Virgin Atlantic, BP, Kingfisher and British Airways.

Neil is an experienced expedition leader and he has completed the Explorers Grand Slam (climbing the highest mountain on each continent including Mt Everest and skiing to both Poles). He has circumnavigated the UK on a jet-ski and piloted the world’s first road legal flying car across the Sahara Desert.
