Peter is an Independent Consultant and MD of a2B Advisory Consulting. He is a highly accomplished, accredited and skilled global strategy implementation executive. As a C-Suite trusted advisor, he is proactive, results driven and ensures programmes are delivered to realise financial results, within scope and on time. He has a proven track record of transforming and improving the world’s largest and most successful organisations in over 20 countries. He has Big 4 external consulting and internal experience, has held senior roles in industry and has boardroom experience as a NED over a 30 year career.

He has experience in Finance, Pensions, Investments, Energy, Manufacturing, Aerospace and Defence working for organisations such as Shell, Ernst & Young, Bombardier Aerospace and Aegon. He has presented strategic transformations and leading practice to Government entities and CEO audiences globally. He has led large change management communication events (100+ employees) and developed change assessments tools and frameworks.

Peter has an MBA (Distinction) from the Robert Gordon University and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute. He is a Certified Change Management Professional and holds three certifications from the Project Management Institute. Other certifications include Manager of Quality from the American Society of Quality and a Lean Sigma Master Black Belt.
