Achieving excellence with consistency with NLP

NLP is a huge topic so my sessions with groups depend on their needs and interests. At its heart NLP is the process of studying how we think, speak and behave such that we can discover exactly how we achieve success and how we can increase our potential to be the best we can be.

Achieving excellence with consistency with NLP

Overview:

NLP - Neuro Linguistic Programming - is a huge topic so my sessions with groups depend on their needs and interests. At its heart NLP is the process of studying how we think, speak and behave such that we can discover exactly how we achieve success and how we can increase our potential to be the best we can be.

“What we learned, above all else, is that successful people have certain styles and patterns of thinking which anyone can learn to emulate. It’s more about how we need to think than what we need to think – and unfortunately most of us were just not taught how to think. It is just somehow assumed that what we do is the best and only way. Unless you are very fortunate – it isn’t!”

Some of the topics I often draw from with groups include:

  • How to recognise unique thinking and communication styles
  • Patterns in language and how we are influencing ourselves and others with the words we use
  • The use of Clean Questions (much much more than just open questions) to truly listen and discover what others are thinking and meaning
  • Limiting language patterns and how to change them
  • How to stimulate change personally and at a team and corporate level in way that is authentic and sustainable
  • How to coach others with the above and with the use of Provocative Humour
