Tom’s work is based on understanding human instincts and behaviour, derived from up-to-the-minute research in the fields of neuroscience and positive psychology. He has trained thousands of leaders from companies including Louis Vuitton, American Express, Siemens, HSBC, Emirates, Kier and Unilever.

Tom is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership & Management and an executive coach. He trained with the NeuroLeadership Institute and has held senior lecturer posts at British and American universities.
