Vicky Bailey

Specialising in mental health and emotional wellbeing, Vicky’s career has spanned retail management, sport, business and the charitable sector. Her energetic style and passionate belief that we all have the ability to be brilliant and good mental health is vital for business performance. Vicky provides a captivating and enjoyable approach this arena of our wellbeing, through coaching, training and speaking.

One of Vicky’s pivotal moments and achievements has been her work supporting elite athletes transitioning into retirement. The affect of Vicky’s work was profound and her role as a coach and mentor clearly empowered those she worked with to become the people they really wanted to be. This was the catalyst for her further development and progression into coaching and psychotherapy.

Vicky retrained and qualified as a psychotherapist over five years ago. She has developed a thriving business speaking, coaching and training and running a successful private clinic. Vicky works with business leaders and her coaching draws on her training and work in sport, focusing a psychology of performance excellence, enabling her clients to develop their self leadership and resilience and ability to be authentic and perform in their work.
