Stuart has more than 40 years of experience in senior management, having been a Managing Director, a Chief Executive, and a Chairman. He has been responsible for companies ranging in size from a turnover of £5 million employing 50 people up to a turnover of £365 million employing more than 5,000 people.

As well as his role as Chairman for Vistage, Stuart also continues with part-time roles as a Non-Executive Chairman and a Non-Executive Director for a number of companies, and is also closely involved with a Private Equity business as an exclusive advisor within one specific industry sector.

A Fellow of the Royal Society for the Arts, Stuart is also a member of several local business groups in the east of England. He is especially interested in the development of people, both as individuals and within teams, and firmly believes that this is the best way to improve the performance of any business.
