Matt Garman

Matt is the founder and CEO of Sales Plus Profit, a successful enterprise that helps businesses achieve their aspirational objectives and fulfil their true potential by implementing his Sustainable Sales System©. Despite over 30 years’ sales and business management experience, Matt still seeks adventure and opportunity with his signature raw energy, enthusiasm, and a strategic mindset. Not content with the limited scope of a consultancy-based operation, Matt has launched SalesEnabla to reach the thousands of businesses who will benefit from his winning methodology.

Matt’s journey began as a commission-only trainee in a Sussex based IT reseller MB Computer Services. He quickly saw the potential of the company and having the courage to back his ability, he re-mortgaged his house to acquire it. The rebranded business thrived under his leadership, with profitability and margins increasing significantly. His next move was to merge the business with Surrey based dhc, where his business acumen was confirmed. Matt directly managed high-profile deals, refocused the sales and marketing teams and directed marketing initiatives. The business doubled in size, allowing him and his co-directors to successfully negotiate its acquisition. They exited the business in 2012.

The next step was Sales Plus Profit, established by Matt as a result of former clients seeking him out to help with their sales challenges. At that time, it was the perfect solution to use his experience, his passion for sales and his hands-on approach, to assist business owners, MDs, CEOs, Financial Directors and Sales Leaders with the variety of sales challenges they might be facing. The basis for his success is his proven methodology and the implementation of his Sustainable Sales System that can overcome any of the obstacles preventing growth, optimisation and profitability. Never satisfied with the status quo, Matt envisioned a future online product that could move beyond the constraints of his Sales Plus Profit community of accredited associates and partners. SalesEnabla is a market disrupting product that has the potential to revitalise any business whatever its size or sector.

Matt’s trademark passion, expertise, and roll-up-the-sleeves work ethic is alive and well and while developing his new product, Matt enables owner-led businesses to find, and leverage, their own adventures and opportunities. His current outstanding success owes a lot to his vision and appetite for business growth and his ability to speak to what businesses really need to achieve their goals.

He enjoys spending time with his family and visiting as many new places as he possibly can. He stays in shape for the rigours of raising his two children with running, swimming, indoor rowing and cycling. He has completed a number of endurance events through to Ironman level, swum the English Channel and this year, made an attempt on Mont Blanc, only being pipped at the final push by the conditions on the Mountain. He is also an accredited RFU Level 2 rugby coach.
