Jay Rifenbary is the president of Rifenbary Training & Development and the author of three books: “True To Your Core,” “Return To Your Core” and “No Excuse!” He has received numerous awards, including the 2017 Vistage International Speaker of the Year Award, the inaugural Vistage Speaker Impact Award in 2022, and was named a Vistage Top Performer for 2020-23. For over 30 years, Jay has provided expertise globally in personal and professional character, core value development and principled leadership training. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, with a concentration in Nuclear Physics. Jay’s diverse background includes being a former qualified Airborne/Ranger, Military Commander, Corporate Manager, and Entrepreneur. Jay and his wife, Noni, reside in Saratoga Springs, New York, and have two children: Nicole, 41, and Jared, 37.
