Roy Aranda

Dr. Aranda obtained a Doctor of Psychology degree from the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology, Rutgers University, in 1982. He also earned a 2-year post-doctoral degree in neuropsychology in 2001 and a law degree in 2007. Dr. Aranda has been a licensed psychologist in the State of New York since 1983.
Dr. Aranda has been actively involved in relief efforts in the aftermath of the terrible devastation caused by Hurricane Sandy. He made a webinar presentation on November 14, 2012 entitled, Emotional Impact of Hurricane Sandy. He made a presentation entitled, The Twin Sandys: Psychological Aftermath of Hurricane Sandy & Sandy Hook, a half-day conference addressing PTSD and psychological trauma pursuant to natural and man-made tragedies on September 13, 2013 at Adelphi University.
