Prior to his 10 years as a Vistage Chair, Brett served as the President of a technology start-up. He spent 20 years in senior executive roles in the petrochemical industry for BP/Amoco in the U.S., UK, China, and Japan, as well as in management consulting for Andersen Consulting. His formal education includes an engineering degree from the University of Virginia and executive education programs at Harvard Business School, Stanford’s Graduate School of Business and the University of Cambridge.
