Gary is the founder and owner of The Virtual HR Director, LLC. The Virtual HR Director provides HR support and serves as the part-time HR Director for small businesses providing strategic and tactical HR solutions. Gary is a 24-year veteran of United Parcel Service, where he held several assignments in Delivery Operations, Industrial Engineering and Human Resources.
Gary has served as a director on the Human Resource Certification Institute Board, WorldatWork Compensation Advisory Board, President of SHRM-Atlanta, the SHRM-Atlanta Board, and the Atlanta Community Food Bank Board.
