Debra is a commercially focused Regional Director with over 25 years’ HR expertise, gained working within the dynamic, fast-paced environment of corporate retailing at IKEA, Marks & Spencer and Asda. She launched the Northern region for People Puzzles in 2015 and manages a team of People Directors delivering transformational strategic HR consultancy for growing businesses on a fractional basis.

Simon Schumann-Davies

Simon is a pragmatic, commercial and hands-on strategist, committed to the principle that the success of any organisation can only be delivered through the success of its people. He is a Chartered Fellow CIPD with over 25 years’ experience as a senior HR Leader delivering successful people solutions both in the Corporate and Interim contexts for a range of organisations from FTSE250’s through to the smallest of SMEs.
